About the Trinity Awards

SWRInstitute Trinity Award - Constuction Showcase Award

The SWR Institute is proud to offer its members the opportunity to present their projects through the Trinity Project Awards Program. This program provides an excellent venue to not only showcase our member companies but also their very unique project accomplishments as well.

"Trinity" was chosen as the name of this awards program because it defines the key submittal component. That is, we have three projects types (Sealant/Waterproofing/Restoration) and three member classifications (Contractor/Manufacturer/Associate). What sets this program apart from other awards programs is the collaborative partnership requirement. All submitted projects must have been a collaborative effort between an SWR Institute contractor, manufacturer and associate member. We feel this combination represents the ‘best in class’ for our industry.

All entries that meet the stated criteria will then be judged by a three person panel of SWR Institute peers. (Members of the panel will include a contractor, manufacturer and an associate member). Awards will be presented annually at the SWR Institute’s Winter Technical Meeting.

We encourage everyone to partner with fellow SWR Institute members to submit your projects to the Trinity Project Awards Program. The efforts could result in winning this elite award and provide your company well deserved national recognition.

We urge you to consider submitting your project to this prestigious program. Take this opportunity to compete against industry projects that demonstrate excellence and innovation. It is an honor to be part of this program which provides an excellent benchmark for future projects to continuously improve and advance our industry!

Two easy ways to submit your project for the Trinity Project Award Program:

* Submissions must be received by December 31, 2017

Key Points to Consider:

  • Projects under consideration will be reviewed by a committee consisting of one each of our membership categories: Contractor, Associate and Manufacturer.  The evaluation criteria will not only bring recognition to the applying members, but also provide a service to our Industry.
  • Up to three Awards will be granted each year - one for each of the Institutes main categories:  Sealant, Waterproofing and Restoration.  It is not mandatory that an Award be issued in each category every year – this is dependent upon appropriate candidates being submitted for each category.
  • Note that ONLY SWR Institute Members will be allowed to apply for the SWR Institute Project Awards Program (all applicants, Contractors, Associates and Manufactures must be SWR Institute members).
  • The Cost is $200 per application, which includes the Contractor, Associate and Manufacturer member. Additional members will be allowed, but with an added cost of $50 per company.

SWR Institute strongly believes that this Project Awards Program will be important and valuable to you and our Industry, and we are hopeful that you will seriously consider taking a few minutes to submit a project for one of these awards.

Winners will not only receive peer recognition but it is an excellent way to highlight your company as a ‘can do with honors’ type of organization!
