3. Prospective members will be contacted by a representative of the membership committee for a phone interview.

4. Upon completion of the interview, the membership committee will forward the application to the SWR Institute Board of Directors for further action at their next regularly scheduled meeting. This could take anywhere from two (2) to seven (7) weeks.

5. The SWR Institute Board of Directors will formally act on the application. All applicants will be contacted within ten (10) working days of the meeting informing them of the board action.

6. Applicants approved for membership will be granted membership status upon payment of the appropriate dues. The approved applicant must make payment of the appropriate dues and initiation fee within thirty (30) days of the formal notification of the pending membership.
