This general Safety & Health Program Guide is a product of the partnership between the Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA) and the SWRInstitute and serves as an outreach effort to help employers understand how to develop a written safety and health program as recommended by the OSHA. Employers should understand that this plan will be only partially completed by filling in the blanks.

This manual has 11 sections including sections on Fall Protection, Hazard Communication, and Protective Equipment, just to name a few.
