Process: Once headquarters has received your application you will be placed on the Potential
Presentations spreadsheet. If the Program Planning Committee decides to pursue your presentation
you might be asked to give additional information. As a general overview, it is the committee's intent
to format each conference with a balanced cross section of topics and member presenter
classifications.
Once decisions are made and if your presentation is accepted, we will contact you when necessary to
begin the planning process. Please note that over the years we have developed a backlog of
prospects. As such, we try to plan based upon first in first out. With this in mind, there may be a
time delay between your volunteering and actual presentation date. During such time, you can
contact us anytime to obtain an update. As always, we thank you again for your assistance in ensuring
that the Institute remains the primary technical resource and leader in our industry.
