Housing Policies
• Room reservations and hotel charges are the responsibility of the attendee. SWR Institute special rates are $285 for a single/double Run-of-House room. These rates are available and applicable from Feb. 27 – March 6, 2009.
Reservation Procedures
• All hotel room reservations should be made directly to the hotel’s reservation department by calling (340) 776-8500. A two night’s room deposit must be made with a credit card to ensure confirmation. Be sure to mention you are with the Sealant, Waterproofing & Restoration Institute to receive the special negotiated rate.
• NOTE: It is important to make reservations by Jan. 23, 2009, after which the hotel will release rooms to the general public at higher rates. It is also important to note that the rates quoted above are always subject to room availability, so it’s very important to make your reservation just as soon as possible.
• Check-in time is 4 p.m., Check-out is 11 a.m.
• The hotel will confirm directly with you. Upon receiving hotel confirmation, you must make any additional changes in hotel accommodations directly with the hotel.
