Housing Policies
• Room reservations and hotel charges are the responsibility of the attendee. Special rate of $199 USD for single or double occupancy has been negotiated with the Hyatt Regency Chicago. These rates are applicable from Oct. 7-14, 2010.

Reservation Procedures
• All hotel room reservations should be made directly to the hotel’s reservation department by calling 888-421-1442.
• When making your reservation please reference ‘SWRInstitute’ in order to receive the negotiated rate.
• NOTE: It is important to make reservations by Sept. 10, 2010, after which the hotel will release rooms to the general public at higher rates. It is also important to note that the rates quoted above are always subject to room availability, so it’s very important to make your reservation just as soon as possible.
• Check-in time is 3 p.m. Checkout time is 12 p.m.
• The hotel will confirm directly with you. Upon receiving hotel confirmation, you must make changes in hotel accommodations directly with the hotel.
