 Meeting Registration
• The full meeting registration fee for attendees includes all educational sessions, the Sunday evening Opening Reception, continental breakfasts, luncheons and breaks and Monday evening event.
• Only those individuals who are registered and have a badge may attend conference events.
• To register, payment must accompany your registration form. No registrations will be processed without payment.

 Confirmation Notice
Confirmations will be e-mailed for all registrations received by March 2, 2012. If you have not received your confirmation by March 2, 2012, contact SWRInstitute Headquarters.

 Cancellation Policy
• All cancellations must be made in writing and can be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to SWRInstitute headquarters.
• Any cancellations received on or before February 10, 2012 will be honored, but will result in a $50 per person processing charge.
• There will be no refunds for cancellations received after February 10, 2012.
