Exhibitor Registration

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
The cost to exhibit is $250 unless you are a meeting sponsor.  Tabletops for sponsors are complimentary.

Please note: This hotel has special shipping requirements for exhibitors so please read thoroughly.

Exhibit Guidelines
  • Tabletop displays only (table area is 6’ x 30”). All products and table display must fit within these parameters
  • Tables will be located in the general session Ballroom 3-4 where the continental breakfast and breaks will be held and must be unmanned while the educational sessions are in progress.
  • Displays must be set by 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018 and dismantled by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2018. The room will be available for set-up on Sunday, Sept. 30 at 2 p.m. SWR Institute will not be providing security, but the room will be locked when not in use.
