Group block is from February 16 - February 23 at a group rate of $319 per night for king and $344 for two queens. If you are booking outside of the meeting block (Feb. 16-23), please contact the hotel directly.

Reservation Procedures
- All hotel room reservations should be made directly to the hotel’s reservation department by calling (833) 918-1512 or CLICK HERE to conveniently reserve your room online.
- When making your reservation please reference “SWR Institute Technical Meeting” in order to receive the negotiated rate.
- NOTE: It is important to make reservations by January 26, 2024, after which the hotel will release rooms to the general public at higher rates. The rates quoted above are subject to room availability, so it’s very important to make your reservation as soon as possible.
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
- The hotel will confirm directly with you. Upon receiving hotel confirmation, you must make changes in hotel accommodations directly with the hotel.
