Room reservations and hotel charges are the responsibility of the attendee. SWR Institute has negotiated the following room rates with the Luminary Hotel & Co. Be sure to book before Friday, February 14, 2025 and reference "SWRI#-ZFDD" if you book over the phone. Group block is from March 7 - March 13 at a group rate of $399 per night + $20 per day resort fee. If you would like to book a room with arrival/departure outside of the listed dates OR if you get an error message when you try to book, please call the hotel reservations number directly at 800-233-1234.

Reservation Procedures
- All hotel room reservations should be made directly to the hotel’s reservation department by calling 800-233-1234
or CLICK HERE to conveniently reserve your room online. - When making your reservation please reference “SWRI#-ZFDD” in order to receive the negotiated rate.
- NOTE: It is important to make reservations by February 14, 2025, after which the hotel will release rooms to the general public at higher rates. The rates quoted above are subject to room availability, so it’s very important to make your reservation as soon as possible.
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
- The hotel will confirm directly with you. Upon receiving hotel confirmation, you must make changes in hotel accommodations directly with the hotel.
