Liability Waiver Agreement

Liability Waiver Agreement to use on their jobsite
 

1. Sample Waiver Agreement for allowing access to scaffolding, ladders, swing stages or other means of access.
2. Sample Waiver Agreement except that this version excludes gross negligence or intentional act.  (For example, if the contractor failed to properly maintain the swing stage and there is an accident based upon that failure and the person signing the Waiver Agreement is injured, then the person signing could still sue the contractor for the contractor’s failure to properly maintain the swing stage.)
