Exhibitor Guidelines & Registration

The cost to exhibit is $250 unless you are a meeting sponsor.  Tabletops for sponsors are complimentary.

Please note: This hotel has special shipping requirements for exhibitors so please read details listed below thoroughly.

Exhibit Guidelines
  • Tabletop displays only (table area is 6’ x 30”). All products and table display must fit within these parameters
  • Tables will be located in Alohilani I where the breakfast and breaks will be held and must be unmanned while the educational sessions are in progress.
  • Displays must be set by 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 5, 2023 and dismantled by Noon on Wednesday, March 8, 2023. The room, Alohilani will be available for set-up on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 2 p.m. SWR Institute will not be providing security, but the room will be locked when not in use. 
Be sure to allow extra time for shipment of your material to this meeting.
Your material CANNOT arrive any earlier than
Thursday, March 2 and needs to be delivered by Friday, March 3, 2023.
If your exhibit material arrives early, you my inquire some storage fees.

By address the packages as above it will ensure that I am notified by the receiving / operations team so I can ensure that the packages are handeled appropriately.
Inbound packages are priced per item:
  0-5 pounds          $3.00
               Over 5 pounds   $10.00
               Crate or Pallet    $100 each, plus per box charge by weight
