I have a local colleague in California who has a client that is building a new single family residence in Washington, CT.  The owner is looking for someone to do construction oversight. My colleague isn't interested in traveling back and forth and would like to find someone more local to take over this role.

Does anyone have interest or a referral I can pass along?

Thank you.
