SWR Institute started the Validated Training Program to improve the overall quality of the training programs offered in our industry. We all know employee training is an irreplaceable component in defining an organization's success, so we hope you register for the 2026 Validated Training Showcases.
If you're registering more than 15 participants, please contact Nicole Dayoub by email. She’ll provide you with a form to complete your group registration.
Important Note: Each course runs from 7:00 a.m. to 4-4:30 p.m. Therefore, you will only be able to participate in one course per day.
Multiple courses offered daily over the course of three days. Flexible registration options. You can register for as many courses as you like or simply choose one or two. Whatever fits your needs.
There is limited space available for each course. First come, first serve. To register, please complete the online registration form below.

General Information
Training participants must be properly dressed. This includes proper footwear (closed toe work shoes or boots), work pants (no shorts), shirts (no cutoff shirts). General PPE (eye and hand protection) will be provided by the training staff. As a reminder, this is a place of business and a professional environment. Any disrespect or improper conduct towards the training staff, students, or facilities will not be tolerated and will be grounds for dismissal.

Special Presentation from Brett Laureys, WJE - Bridging the Gap: Contractors & Consultants + hors d'oeuvres and drinks.
When: Tuesday, February 3 from 5:00-7:00pm
Where: WJE Main Building Lobby and Atrium.
Lab Tours: From 5:00–6:00 PM, rotating groups will take guided tours of the Janney Technical Center (lab). Each tour will last approximately 30 minutes, giving attendees an inside look at the lab facility.
Ticket Cost: $40
