Key Points to Consider:
  • Projects under consideration will be reviewed by a committee consisting of one of each of our membership categories: Contractor, Associate and Manufacturer. The evaluation criteria will not only bring recognition to the applying members, but also provide a service to our Industry.
  • Up to three Awards will be granted each year - one for each of the Institute's main categories:  Sealant, Waterproofing and Restoration. It is not mandatory that an Award be issued in each category every year – this is dependent upon appropriate candidates being submitted for each category.
  • Projects must score a minimum of 85 out of 100 to win an award. In the event of multiple categorical submittals, the project with the highest score will be designated the winner. On projects involving diversified work tasks, submitter shall declare only one entry classification per project.
  • Note that ONLY SWR Institute Members will be allowed to apply for the SWR Institute Project Awards Program (all applicants, Contractors, Associates and Manufactures must be SWR Institute members).
We are hopeful that you will consider taking a few minutes to submit a project for one of these awards.

Winners will not only receive peer recognition, but it is an excellent way to highlight your company as a ‘can do with honors’ type of organization!
