- All hotel room reservations should be made directly to the hotel’s reservation department by calling Reservations at 615-291-8600 or CLICK HERE to conveniently reserve your room online.
- When making your reservation please reference “SWRI Fall Technical Meeting” in order to receive the negotiated rate.
- NOTE: It is important to make reservations by Friday, September 9, 2022, after which the hotel will release rooms to the general public at higher rates. The rates quoted above are subject to room availability, so it’s very important to make your reservation as soon as possible.
- Check-in time is 4 p.m. Checkout time is Noon
- The hotel will confirm directly with you. Upon receiving hotel confirmation, you must make changes in hotel accommodations directly with the hotel.
