Housing Policies-
Room reservations and hotel charges are the responsibility of the attendee.  SWR Institute has negotiated the following room rates with the Westin Copley Place.  Be sure to book before Friday, September 12, 2025 and reference "SWRI Fall Technical Meeting" if you book over the phone. Group rate only available for October 3 - 7, 2025.

The special rate of $359 USD for single or double occupancy has been negotiated with the hotel.

Reservation Procedures

• All hotel room reservations should be made directly to the hotel’s reservation department by calling Reservations at
  617-262-9600 or CLICK HERE to conveniently reserve your room online.
• When making your reservation please reference “SWRI Fall Technical Meeting” in order to receive the negotiated rate.
• NOTE: It is important to make reservations by Friday, September 12, 2025, after which the hotel will release rooms to the general public at higher rates. The rates quoted above are subject to room availability, so it’s very important to make your reservation as soon as possible.
• Check-in time is 4 p.m. Checkout time is Noon
• The hotel will confirm directly with you. Upon receiving hotel confirmation, you must make changes in hotel accommodations directly with the hotel.
